• You will get the handover of your stall space on 15th January 2027 at 11.55 pm and you will have to complete your stall construction and fabrication with final cleaning before 6:00 am on 16th January 2027. (No further construction or touch-up of the booth will be allowed after that.)
• You will have to start dismantling and vacate the stall area by 4.00 pm on 17th January, 2027.
• Each stall will be given 1 Tables, 2 Chairs, 1 Dustbin, a carpet and 1 plug point in the Stall and Fascia Name will be printed by us. The exhibitor will have to abide by the Fire and Safety norms of the Hotel.
• Each stall will be given single phase power supply. Additional power or Three Phase connection can be bought at an additional cost.
• Each Exhibitor in the 'Trade Booth' category will be given 2 Lunch coupons for 16th & 17th January 2027.
• Extra Lunch coupons can be bought at Rs. 2,000/- per day.
• Organisers can provide a letter confirming exhibitor's participation for Octroi purpose on request.
• No nailing will be allowed on Octronome stalls. For branding purpose, only double-sided tapes to be used.
• Stall owners can display banners and hoarding within designated stall areas.
• No banners or display boards are allowed outside the designated stalls.
• Any damage caused to the Octronome sheets or stall material will have to be compensated to the contractor.
• Subletting of stall will be considered as breach of contract and in such cases, the stall owner will be asked to vacate the stall with immediate effect and a fine of Rupees Five Lakh will be charged.
• Sharing of stall is strictly not allowed.
• Goods and Material displayed in stalls should be as per Government Rules & Regulations.
• Overnight retention of goods in respective stalls will be at the sole risk of the stall owners.
• Organisers will take no responsibility for loss or damages of goods, banners or any other promotional material.
• Sticking of any promotional material in Hotel area is strictly not allowed.
• Stall owners will have to obtain a gate pass from the Hotel Management while getting the materials from outside.
• Organisers reserve all rights to alter the stall layout or allocation of stalls.
